**4** — actions in Sendible's Zapier beta: scheduled post, queued post, approve draft and delete post.

- **Jan 2026** — Zapier integration launched in beta
- **No MCP** — and no public API documentation
- **Enterprise** — the only plan with SSO

## What plugs into Sendible, in one view

Sendible is a social media management tool for agencies, multi-brand teams and franchises, and its integrations fall into four groups. First come the **social networks** it publishes to. Then the **content sources** that feed the Compose box: Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, Pexels, Flickr and GIPHY. Third are the **publishing and tracking links**: WordPress, RSS feeds, Bitly, UTM parameters and Google Analytics 4. Last are the **automation and enterprise doors**: Zapier, the Chrome extension, the share button, single sign-on and API access for partners. The short version is simple. Sendible connects well to the places content comes from, and much less to the places developers work.

That gap matters if you plan to wire Sendible into other software. Zapier only arrived in beta in January 2026, there is no public API documentation on the site or help center, and nothing we read mentions an MCP server for AI assistants. Everything else in this guide works from the Compose box, with no code. We read the help center, the changelog and the feature pages, and we built the recipes below only from behavior those pages describe.

## The networks, and what each one really supports

Sendible publishes to Facebook Pages, Instagram, X, LinkedIn profiles and pages, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, Bluesky and WordPress. Support is uneven, though. Some networks publish, report and feed the inbox; others only publish. The differences decide what you can automate and report. Know them first. A network that only publishes still belongs in your calendar, but it needs another place for comments and results.

### Meta: Facebook and Instagram

On **Facebook Pages** you switch between Post, Reel and Story in the Compose box, and Facebook messages can be answered from the inbox within 24 hours. Facebook Groups are gone: Sendible removed them on 15 April 2024 because Facebook stopped supporting them through its API. **Instagram** comes in two forms. Direct publishing to Instagram Professional profiles posts images, video, Stories and image carousels, and pulls comments and analytics. Reminder profiles email you at the scheduled time so you post by hand, and posts with audio, filters or animated GIFs need them, as do carousels with video or mixed media. Sendible's own pages disagree on Instagram direct messages, so confirm before relying on them.

### X, LinkedIn and the video networks

**X** still publishes, but Sendible removed X reports and monitoring on 14 November 2023 when it moved to the X v2 API, and X is outside the Priority Inbox. **LinkedIn** covers profiles and company pages, with images, video and PDF carousels (PDFs up to 100MB); LinkedIn allows 25 API updates per profile in 24 hours, and page publishing needs the Super Admin role. **TikTok** must be reconnected every 12 months. **YouTube** takes long videos and Shorts, with analytics inside Sendible. **Pinterest** board retrieval was raised to 250 boards in June 2025.

### Google Business Profile, Threads and Bluesky

**Google Business Profile** schedules posts with call-to-action buttons, but locations must be verified first, chains with more than 10 locations can see posts fail, and there is no reporting. **Threads**, added in March 2025, schedules text, image, carousel and video posts. **Bluesky**, added in May 2025, connects with an app password rather than your main password. *Publishing works; listening does not.* Sendible says Bluesky comment monitoring waits on an engagement API, and Bluesky has no reporting yet.

> 💡 **Map each network's limits first:** Before you automate, list which networks lack inbox or reporting support, such as Bluesky, Google Business Profile and X, so nobody expects data that will never arrive.

## Canva, cloud drives and stock media in the Compose box

The Compose box is where most integrations live. **Canva** opens inside it, so you design without downloading, resizing and re-uploading. Two limits shape real use. Both catch people out. First, the Canva link handles images only; for a Canva video you download the MP4 and upload it yourself. Second, a Canva Instagram carousel template brings only its first image into Sendible. Finished designs are saved in Sendible, not back in your Canva account, so keep the master file in Canva if you plan to edit it later. Access to all of Canva's pre-made visuals inside Sendible needs a **Canva Pro** subscription.

**Google Drive** and **Dropbox** attach files to a post without downloading them first, and a January 2026 beta, rolling out progressively, lets you multi-select across Drive, Dropbox, Canva and local uploads in one go. The two drives behave differently in bulk import, though. Google Drive media links can go straight into a CSV import file, while Dropbox images cannot be bulk imported by link and must be attached one by one. For stock material, **Pexels** supplies royalty-free photos, Flickr search shows only Creative Commons images, and **GIPHY** adds GIFs to posts and even to replies.

GIF support depends on the network. Single GIFs animate on Facebook, X and LinkedIn, Instagram shows them as still images, and Bluesky, Threads, TikTok and YouTube do not accept GIFs through Sendible at all. On Bluesky, a GIF has to be uploaded as a video instead. Check the target network before you build a GIF into a template. One more practical point: the built-in video editor runs only in Chrome, Safari and Edge. Firefox users should plan around it.

## WordPress and RSS: publishing your own content

### Connecting a WordPress blog

Sendible treats a WordPress site like another profile. Setup is short. The current setup page says the connection runs through the **WordPress REST API with an Application Password**, never your main login [1]. An older error-messages page still talks about the xmlrpc.php endpoint. We follow the newer setup page, since it describes how connections are made today. Your WordPress user needs the Administrator, Editor or Author role, and WordPress.com sites on the Free and Personal plans do not support the API, so those need a Business plan or higher.

Once connected, a WordPress tab appears in the Compose box with rich text options. Posts can go live or wait as drafts, and you can set a featured image, a default category and an author. Sendible will not create new categories, only use ones that already exist. Client Connect cannot add WordPress profiles, so an agency adds each client blog itself.

### RSS feeds and the autoposter

RSS has two modes. Feeds you follow show up for reading and sharing, with curated topic feeds and OPML import, for example from Feedly. **Atom feeds are not supported**; the help center suggests a Feedburner workaround. Feeds sit on each user's dashboard and cannot be shared between users. The **autoposter** goes further and publishes new items for you, with keyword filters to include or exclude items and Google Analytics tags on links. It only picks up items published in the past 14 days, each autoposter uses one of your available profiles, and since March 2026 one autoposter can hold only one X profile.

> ⚠ **RSS autoposters use a profile slot:** Each autoposter takes one of your available profiles and only picks up items from the past 14 days. Atom feeds are not supported at all.

## Tracking traffic with UTM parameters and GA4

Link tracking is built in rather than bolted on. This part works well. In the Compose box you add **UTM parameters** to links, or pick a saved URL template that fills them in automatically. Bitly is the default link shortener; connecting a paid Bitly account adds branded links with your own domain. Those tagged links then feed the **Google Analytics 4** integration, which pulls website traffic, click-through and UTM data into Sendible's reports. A Google Analytics report is one of the eight pre-built reports on every plan, and GA modules can sit inside custom reports too.

Two technical limits are worth knowing before you connect. Universal Analytics properties are no longer supported, only GA4. And because of Google's API limits, Sendible can pull only 10 websites per Google account; GA modules can disconnect when more sit in one account. An agency with many client sites should connect each client's own Google account instead of one master login. Report data in Sendible is kept for 90 days as standard, so export what you need to keep.

## Zapier: the beta that brings posts in from other apps

The **Zapier integration launched in beta on January 7, 2026**, and Sendible says it connects to more than 7,000 apps. In Zapier, Sendible works as the action app: something happens in another tool, and Sendible creates or changes a post in response. The help center names four actions: Create Scheduled Post, Create Queued Post, Approve Draft Post and Delete Post, with a post type of Post, Reel or Story [2].

The pricing page frames it as a bridge from planning tools: content marked ready in Airtable, Notion, Monday.com or ClickUp is pushed into Sendible. That is the honest scope. *It is an inbound pipe.* The help center describes Sendible only as the action step, so do not plan on Sendible events starting workflows elsewhere. Sendible's comparison pages say the integration is included from Core. Core is the entry plan, at $35 a month billed monthly or $29.75 a month billed yearly [3]. Zapier also appears on Sendible's subprocessor list, which matters for teams that review where client data goes.

## Recipes built from documented behavior

These workflows use only steps that Sendible's pages describe. None needs code. Each one moves content from where your team already works into Sendible, where it can be scheduled, queued or approved. Test each with one profile before you roll it out to clients. Zapier is still in beta, so keep a manual fallback for anything time-sensitive, such as a product launch.

### From an Airtable or Notion calendar to scheduled posts

Keep the content calendar where your team already plans. When a record or page reaches your ready status, a Zap runs Sendible's Create Scheduled Post action with the caption, date and post type mapped from fields. If you want a human check, create the post as a draft first and add a second step later that uses Approve Draft Post. Simple approvals inside Sendible start on Plus, and multi-step approval workflows start on Premium. Core has no approvals, and Sendible does not say whether Approve Draft Post works on Core, so confirm before you rely on it there.

### From a blog feed into a queue

Point an RSS autoposter at your own blog and set it to post as Queued rather than Scheduled, so new articles drop into a queue instead of firing at once. Add include keywords to skip off-topic items and switch on the Google Analytics tags so blog traffic from social shows up in GA4. Leave Instagram out unless the feed is your own, because autoposted Instagram links are not clickable. For evergreen material, Zapier's Create Queued Post does the same job from any other app, and smart queues can recycle posts automatically. Smart queues are capped at 10, 30 and 70 on Core, Plus and Premium, and unlimited on Elite and Enterprise.

### From a shared Google Drive folder to a bulk upload

Store approved images in Google Drive and paste their Drive links into Sendible's CSV import file, one row per post. That works for Drive but not for Dropbox, whose images must be attached by hand. For one-off posts, open the Compose box, pick from Drive directly, and multi-select several files at once. Pair the import with Custom Tags, which insert prefilled details such as a URL, phone number or hashtags, when one post goes out across many locations.

> 💡 **Use Drive links for bulk imports:** Google Drive media links work inside Sendible's CSV import file, while Dropbox images must be attached one by one, so keep bulk assets in Drive.

## The Chrome extension and the share button

The **Chrome extension** opens the Compose box from any web page, so you can share an article or save it to the content library while you browse. Content libraries start on Premium, and AI Assist is not available inside the extension or the share button. The **share button** is a widget for your own website or app, installed by embedding a script tag. Since June 2026 it can attach several media types at once or a single PDF, and since September 2025 it shows a post preview. Sendible pitches it to software companies as a way to turn reports, listings and blog posts into social posts.

## API access, SSO and embedded white label

This is where Sendible is thinnest for technical buyers. Sendible describes **API access for software partners and large organisations**, covering custom integrations and user management, but no public API documentation exists on its site or help center. There is no developer portal to read and nothing to test against before talking to sales. Expect a sales call. The Terms do say the service is reachable through an API, and Enterprise lists custom integration. For **software integrators**, Sendible offers embedded white-label scheduling so a partner's customers manage social media inside the partner's own app, with add-ons, bundles, branded trials and feature restrictions as ways to charge for it [4]. Partners can start smaller, with the share button, Client Connect, Zapier or an API-led approach.

**Single sign-on** is available only on Enterprise, at $750 a month billed monthly or $637.50 a month billed yearly, and Sendible approves it case by case after reviewing your use case and security documentation. On a white-label dashboard, SSO is the only API-based integration supported, arranged through your sales contact or customer success manager. White label itself is a paid option on Elite and Enterprise; per the pricing FAQ, Elite with white label costs from $349 a month in total, and Enterprise with white label from $800 a month in total, $50 above each plan's price. See our [Sendible pricing guide](/articles/sendible-pricing) for how those plans stack up, and our [Sendible white label guide](/articles/sendible-white-label) for the setup.

## How the developer story compares with rivals

Against its rivals, Sendible sits near the bottom on developer access but not alone. Buffer offers a GraphQL API, including on its free plan, plus an official MCP server and a CLI. Hootsuite has a REST API with webhooks and MCP servers for several of its modules. Sprout Social has a public API on its Advanced plan only, and that API creates posts only as drafts; its MCP server is supported for ChatGPT only, on Professional and above per its newer help page. Metricool has a REST API on its Advanced and Custom plans and an official MCP server on every plan, free included; see our [Metricool MCP guide](/articles/metricool-mcp). Agorapulse has an Open API on its Custom plan only, and an MCP connector for ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot that is still in beta and creates drafts only.

The pattern is clear. The tools with less than Sendible are worth naming too. Later has no public API or developer platform and no Zapier integration. SocialBee has no public API and no MCP, and its Zapier app offers a single action, Create Post. Sendible's four Zapier actions go further than Later, which has no Zapier support, and than SocialBee's single Zapier action, though SocialBee also connects to Make, Pabbly and Boost.space. If your plan depends on reading analytics into your own dashboards or letting an AI assistant run the calendar, Sendible cannot do that today without a sales conversation.

## FAQ

**Does Sendible have a public API?**

Sendible describes API access for software partners and large organisations, covering custom integrations and user management, but no public API documentation exists on its site or help center. Contact sales if you need it.

**Does Sendible work with Zapier?**

Yes, in beta since January 7, 2026. Sendible is the action app, with Create Scheduled Post, Create Queued Post, Approve Draft Post and Delete Post actions.

**Do I need Canva Pro to use Canva in Sendible?**

You can design inside the Compose box, but access to all of Canva's pre-made visuals needs a Canva Pro subscription. The integration handles images only, so Canva videos are downloaded as MP4 and uploaded.

**How does Sendible connect to WordPress?**

Through the WordPress REST API with an Application Password, not your main login. WordPress.com sites on the Free and Personal plans do not support the API.

**Does Sendible have an MCP server?**

No. None is mentioned anywhere on Sendible's site or help center, so AI assistants cannot connect to it directly.

**Which plan includes single sign-on?**

Only Enterprise, at $750 a month billed monthly or $637.50 a month billed yearly, and Sendible approves it after reviewing your use case and security documentation.

## The bottom line

Sendible's integrations are strongest where agencies spend their day: Canva, Google Drive and stock media in the Compose box, WordPress and RSS for your own content, and UTM tagging that flows into GA4 reports. Network support is broad but uneven, with no Facebook Groups, no X reporting and publish-only Bluesky. Zapier, still in beta, gives a useful inbound pipe from planning tools into scheduled, queued or approved posts. Developers get far less. API access exists for partners and large organisations without public documentation, SSO waits on Enterprise, and there is no MCP. Choose Sendible for no-code content plumbing, not for building on top of it.
