**3.6 / 5** — Our Toolkit Score for Sendible: a fairly priced multi-client platform, held back by a narrow inbox, text-only AI and no public API docs.

- **From $29.75/mo** — Core, billed yearly
- **6 profiles** — per workspace, unlimited users
- **14-day trial** — no card to start, no free plan

## The verdict, in one line

Sendible is a social media management platform built for **agencies, multi-brand teams and franchises that run many accounts for other people**. It schedules posts across the main networks, gathers comments into one inbox, sends branded reports to clients and routes posts through approvals. Its pricing is unusual in this market. You pay per plan, every plan includes unlimited users, and growth is bought in workspaces of six social profiles each, so a team of twelve pays the same as a team of two. The trade-off sits in the details: a narrow inbox, 90 days of report data as standard, a thin AI layer and no public API documentation. For an agency billing clients for posting and reporting, it is a sensible, fairly priced pick.

Sendible is run from London by Sendible Ltd, with Nico Watson as CEO since October 2025, and it claims more than 30,000 customers. In August 2026 it began moving everyone to a new account model built around workspaces, and that change shapes almost everything below, from the bill to the way a client's content stays apart from the next client's.

## Who Sendible is for, and who should skip it

Sendible makes the most sense when **one team publishes for many separate brands**. A social media agency gives each client a workspace with its own calendar, inbox, reports and queues, then invites the client to approve posts. A franchise or multi-location brand gives each location a workspace with its own time zone, and head office can switch into any of them to check the calendar or the numbers. Because users are unlimited, freelancers, account managers and client reviewers can all log in without anyone counting seats. Dynamic fields on Elite let one caption swap in each location's address, phone number or local hashtag.

The poor fits are just as clear. A solo creator or a single small business that needs one brand and a free tier will find nothing free here; there is no free plan at all. Teams whose real work is customer care on X or TikTok will find the inbox leaves out both networks, as described below. Anyone who wants AI to draft replies or images, or a developer who wants to build against a documented public API, should look at the rivals further down. And brands that need more than 90 days of stored report data should plan to export it regularly.

> 💡 **Count clients, not people:** Workspaces decide the plan, so list every client, brand or location first. On the current workspace plans users are unlimited, so headcount does not change the bill (older accounts may still be on per-user plans).

## Workspaces, plans and what you really pay

On August 18, 2026, Sendible announced Workspaces, a dedicated environment for each client, brand or location, and it is rolling the model out progressively. Older accounts and many help pages still describe the legacy plans with per-user allocations, and those pages still use the old names Creator, Traction, Scale and Expansion. The current price list has five plans, all priced per plan with unlimited users [1]:

| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Workspaces (profiles) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $35 a month | $29.75 a month | 1 (6) |
| Plus | $99 a month | $84.15 a month | 3 (18) |
| Premium | $199 a month | $169.15 a month | 7 (42) |
| Elite | $299 a month | $254.15 a month | 15 (90) |
| Enterprise | $750 a month | $637.50 a month | 50 (300) |

Yearly billing takes 15% off, and quarterly or half-yearly billing takes off 5% or 7%. Nonprofits get 15% off monthly plans or 25% off yearly ones, and discounts do not stack; a discount code replaces the billing-frequency discount rather than adding to it. Each extra workspace adds six profiles and can be added or removed at any time in the subscription settings. Prices are in US dollars, with British pounds and euros also offered, and UK customers pay VAT on top. Users never appear on the bill.

### Why workspaces drive the bill

The count that matters is **clients or locations, not people**. An agency with five clients needs five workspaces. By our arithmetic, Plus with two extra workspaces comes to $99 + $60 = $159 a month billed monthly, still cheaper than moving up to Premium at $199 a month billed monthly. The math flips at the next step. A ten-client agency could run Premium with three extra workspaces for $274 a month billed monthly, or $232.90 a month billed yearly, against Elite's $299 a month billed monthly with fifteen workspaces included. That gap of $25 a month buys dynamic fields, advanced permissions, five more workspaces and access to white label, which costs another $50 a month. Extra workspaces cost $35, $30, $25, $20 or $15 a month billed monthly as you move from Core to Enterprise.

### What each plan unlocks

**Core** is a single-brand plan: one workspace, unlimited scheduling and AI Assist, bulk scheduling, the inbox and pre-built reports, but no approvals, content library, campaigns or branded reports. **Plus** adds assignment and simple approvals across three workspaces. **Premium**, the most popular plan, adds content libraries, campaigns, branded reports in Report Hub and custom multi-step approval workflows. **Elite** adds dynamic fields and advanced role-based permissions, and **Enterprise** adds SSO and custom integration work; the plan cards list dedicated onboarding and a dedicated account manager from Premium, though the homepage ties the account manager to Enterprise. Daily sends per workspace also climb by plan, from 100 on Core to 500 on Elite and Enterprise.

### Trial, contracts and refunds

There is a 14-day trial that needs no card to start, though the pricing FAQ says you are asked for a credit card at the end, and a card added during the trial is billed automatically when it ends. Extra users or profiles cannot be added to the subscription while the trial runs, and trials are capped at 20 sends a day per workspace. Standard plans carry no contract and can be cancelled at any time, with access running until the day before the paid period ends. **Sendible gives no refunds for prepayment or proration** [2], so a yearly plan cancelled in month two is simply paid for.

> ⚠ **No refunds on prepaid time:** Sendible gives no refunds for prepayment or proration, so a yearly plan cancelled early is still paid for. Pay monthly until the workflow is proven.

Billing has a few more rules worth knowing before you sign. Help pages say only credit cards are accepted, not debit or prepaid cards, and paying by invoice or purchase order needs at least three months paid upfront. A failed payment gets a 7-day grace period with daily retries, then the account is suspended, and a subscription suspended for more than a month is terminated with its data lost. You can pause a subscription, but it cancels on its own after three months. Downgrades earn a non-refundable credit rather than cash. None of this is unusual, but it rewards paying monthly until you are sure.

## Publishing: networks, Instagram and daily limits

The Compose box sends one post to many networks with per-network edits, an image and video editor and Canva built in. It covers Facebook Pages, including Reels and Stories, Instagram, X, LinkedIn profiles and pages, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and long videos, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads since March 2025, Bluesky since May 2025, and WordPress. Posts can carry up to 40 media items, raised from 15 in March 2026, and June 2026 added alt text, a scheduled first comment and custom video thumbnails. LinkedIn takes PDF carousels up to 100MB. Facebook Groups were removed in April 2024 when Facebook stopped supporting them through its API, and TikTok profiles must be reconnected every 12 months.

### Instagram: direct posts and reminder profiles

Instagram works two ways. Business and creator accounts connect for direct publishing of images, video and Stories. **Reminder profiles** instead email you at the scheduled time so you post by hand, and they are required for posts with audio, filters or GIFs and for video or mixed-media carousels. Reminder profiles return no reporting data, and a March 2026 release fixed reminder emails that Gmail was filtering as spam. If your Instagram plan leans on carousels with video, expect some manual posting.

### Queues, lists and bulk tools

For volume, profile lists let you post to up to 50 profiles at once, though without previews and without list-level reports. Smart queues recycle evergreen posts on fixed weekly slots, with 10, 30 or 70 queues by plan and unlimited on Elite and Enterprise. The bulk importer reads a CSV, but it takes images only, one per post, and no video. A unified calendar, launched in March 2026 as a beta that customers could enable, shows drafts, scheduled posts and queues together. Taken together, the publishing side is broad and practical. Its gaps are mostly the ones each network's API imposes.

## The inbox is useful, but narrower than it looks

The **Priority Inbox** collects comments and messages for Facebook Pages, Instagram and LinkedIn pages, plus YouTube comments, and lets you assign or archive each item. It also tags sentiment, which the help center describes as a simple ratio of good words to bad words. Two limits matter in daily use. The inbox lags one to two hours because of that analysis, and it only pulls engagement from roughly the last four days of posts. For real-time work, Social Feeds show each profile live but without sentiment, and Facebook messages can be answered only within 24 hours.

The bigger issue is coverage. The Priority Inbox leaves out X, TikTok, Google Business Profile and personal LinkedIn profiles, and its help page does not include Instagram direct messages either [3]. Instagram direct messages are the confusing case: plan cards say messages arrive in one inbox, the pricing FAQ says answering them is not supported, and a Social Feeds help page shows a Messenger tab. Sendible's own pages disagree on Instagram direct messages, so confirm before relying on them. For a brand whose customers complain on X or TikTok, this inbox is not enough.

## Reports: branded, automated and 90 days deep

Reporting is where Sendible earns its agency audience. Eight pre-built reports cover the networks, and quick reports handle one to ten profiles, with the engagement report stretching to 50. From Premium, Report Hub produces custom **branded reports** of up to 30 modules with your logo, two per workspace on Premium and three on Elite and Enterprise. Google Analytics 4 feeds traffic and UTM data into them, and reports go out by email as a PDF plus a browser link, once or on a schedule; scheduled emails apply to custom reports only, so they also start on Premium. Campaigns, also from Premium, group posts and report on them together.

The limits are real, though. Sendible keeps 90 days of report data as standard, so anyone who wants year-over-year charts should export CSVs as they go. There is no reporting for Google Business Profile, personal LinkedIn profiles or Bluesky, and X reports were removed in late 2023 after X closed its data endpoints. Instagram reminder profiles report nothing at all. For monthly client reports on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages, it is strong. For long-run analysis, it is thin.

> 💡 **Export reports every quarter:** Report data is kept for 90 days as standard. Download CSVs regularly if clients will ask for year-over-year numbers.

## Teams and clients: approvals, Client Connect and white label

Collaboration follows the plan ladder. Core has no approvals. Plus adds assignment and simple approvals, where a workspace can have a post approver who signs off every post before it goes out. Premium adds **custom multi-step approval workflows**, and Sendible says reviewers can approve by email without logging in. Since June 2026, reviewers can play videos inside the approval view before signing off. Elite adds advanced role-based permissions, which agencies use to show or hide reports, content libraries and engagement tools per client.

### Client Connect

Onboarding a client's accounts usually means chasing passwords. **Client Connect** avoids that: the client gets a secure link or website widget and connects their own profiles to the workspace. TikTok, Bluesky and Threads were added in mid-2025, though Instagram reminder profiles and WordPress blogs still cannot be added this way. It is one of the quiet reasons agencies stay with Sendible.

### White label

White label lets an agency present Sendible as its own platform, with its name, logo, colors, system emails and domain. It is a paid option on Elite and Enterprise only: per the pricing FAQ, Elite with white label costs from $349 a month in total and Enterprise with white label from $800 a month, $50 above each plan's price. White-label owners can offer client trials of 7, 14 or 30 days, but each trial account counts toward their allocation and is charged. AI Assist is off by default on white-label accounts. White-label and custom plans also follow signed contracts and are cancelled by emailing billing, not from the account. Our [Sendible white label guide](/articles/sendible-white-label) covers the setup.

## AI Assist, integrations and the API question

**AI Assist** arrived in June 2024. It writes captions and post ideas from a short prompt with an audience and tone, it runs on OpenAI, and usage is unlimited on every plan. It is also narrow. It produces text only, with no images and no AI replies, and it works only in the main Compose box, not in the inbox, bulk importer, content library or Chrome extension [4]. The Terms updated in March 2026 say customers own what it writes and that customer data is not used to train public AI models; Anthropic and OpenAI appear on the subprocessor list.

Integrations cover the content side well: Canva (pre-made visuals need Canva Pro), Google Drive, Dropbox, Pexels, GIPHY, WordPress, RSS feeds, Google Analytics 4, a Chrome extension and a share button. A Zapier integration launched in beta in January 2026, so a post marked ready in Airtable, Notion or Monday can become a scheduled or queued post. Sendible's help page describes it only as an action app there; we found no Sendible triggers.

Does Sendible have an API? It describes API access for software partners and large organisations, for custom integrations and user management, but **no public API documentation exists on its site or help center**, and we found no MCP server. A developer cannot read the endpoints before buying. Does Sendible have a mobile app? We could not find a current Sendible app in the App Store or Google Play, although the Terms still mention mobile apps, and Instagram reminders arrive by email.

## Support, security and what users say

Live chat is open on every plan during office hours, support says it usually replies within one business day, and there are onboarding and training sessions, webinars and 152 help articles. The pricing page's plan cards add dedicated onboarding and a dedicated account manager from Premium (the homepage ties the account manager to Enterprise). The help center is practical, but the move to workspaces has left it uneven: some pages still describe older plans, and Sendible's own pages contradict each other on details like daily send limits and Instagram messages. When pages disagree, trust the newer pricing page and help articles. On security, data sits on US servers under standard contractual clauses, IP address restriction is available, and SSO comes with Enterprise. No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate is named on Sendible's site or help center.

**What users rate it, by platform**

| Platform | Rating | Reviews | As of |
|---|---|---|---|

_Rendered from our current record; these are other platforms' user scores, separate from our own Toolkit Score._

Users rate Sendible well on the software review platforms. TrustRadius is noticeably cooler. Trustpilot has too few reviews to weigh, and we read it as a map of complaints rather than a trend: the low-star reviews there cluster around billing, refunds, support and cancellation. That lines up with the no-refund rule above.

## Sendible next to Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Agorapulse

Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Agorapulse all charge per user, which is where Sendible's per-plan model pays off. **Hootsuite** charges per user, with Standard at $99 a user a month billed annually, and its approvals arrive on Advanced. **Sprout Social** also charges per seat, with Professional at $299 a seat a month billed annually. **Agorapulse** prices per user too, with Standard at $79 a user a month billed annually and ten profiles per plan, and it offers an MCP connector in beta that creates drafts only and, on its Custom plan only, an open API (reporting data, drafts, calendar notes and inbox sync); Sendible has no MCP server and no public API documentation.

For a five-person team, by our arithmetic, Hootsuite Standard comes to $495 a month billed annually, while Sendible Plus stays at $84.15 a month billed yearly whatever the headcount. The rivals answer with depth: Hootsuite and Sprout Social offer broader inboxes and document their APIs (Sprout's API comes with Advanced), and both offer listening: basic on Hootsuite's Standard plan, a paid add-on on Sprout Social. If seats and client separation drive your budget, Sendible wins; if social care across every network does, look at our [Sendible alternatives](/articles/sendible-alternatives).

## How we score Sendible

We read Sendible's pricing page in October 2026, more than a thousand facts from its help center, changelog, product, legal and industry pages, and the pricing and feature pages of its rivals, and we checked each claim against the page that supports it. We did not buy a plan or run client accounts on it. The score weights our social media rubric, and the reasoning for each axis sits on the card below.

**Our scorecard — 3.6/5**
- Integrations: 3.6/5 — Publishing to Facebook Pages, Instagram (direct or by reminder), X, LinkedIn profiles and pages (PDF carousels), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads and Bluesky; Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, Pexels, GIPHY, WordPress, RSS, Google Analytics 4, a Chrome extension and a Zapier integration (launched in beta in January 2026); API access described for software partners and large organisations. Held back by no public API documentation, no MCP or AI-assistant connection mentioned anywhere, Facebook Groups removed in April 2024, X reports and monitoring removed in 2023, and Bluesky without engagement or reporting.
- Capability & depth: 3.8/5 — Workspaces with 6 profiles each and unlimited users, a Priority Inbox with sentiment, simple approvals from Plus and multi-step workflows from Premium, content libraries, campaigns, Report Hub with branded reports, dynamic fields, Client Connect so clients link their own accounts, smart queues, bulk import, and white label as a paid option. Held back by a Priority Inbox that leaves out X, TikTok, Google Business Profile, personal LinkedIn and Instagram direct messages and lags 1-2 hours, 90 days of stored report data as standard, no Google Business Profile reporting, daily send limits per workspace (100 on Core), and image-only bulk import.
- Value for money: 3.8/5 — Flat plan prices with unlimited users: Core $35 a month ($29.75 billed yearly) for 6 profiles up to Elite $299 ($254.15) for 90 profiles; extra workspaces from $35 down to $15 a month; 15% off yearly; nonprofits 15% off monthly or 25% off yearly; a 14-day trial without a card to start. Held back by no free plan, no refunds for prepayment or proration, approvals only from $99 a month, white label at $50 a month above the plan price (Elite with white label from $349 a month), and an account suspended for more than a month being terminated with its data.
- Ease of use: 3.6/5 — One Compose box for every network, profile lists that post to up to 50 profiles, workspaces per client, Client Connect onboarding without passwords, a dashboard in 11 languages. Held back by Instagram reminder profiles that need manual posting, a move from legacy plans and per-user logins to workspaces still rolling out in 2026 (with help pages using old plan names), no mobile app we could find in the app stores, and a Priority Inbox that lags.
- AI: 3.0/5 — AI Assist on every plan without a usage limit, built on OpenAI, for captions and ideas in the Compose box; the Terms say customer data is not used to train public AI models and customers own AI content. Held back by text-only AI, available only in the main Compose box (not the inbox, bulk importer, content library or Chrome extension), off by default on white-label accounts, no AI replies, no AI images and no AI-assistant connection.
- Support & reliability: 3.5/5 — Live chat on every plan during office hours with replies within one business day, onboarding and training sessions, dedicated onboarding and a dedicated account manager from Premium (per the pricing page's plan cards), IP address restriction, SSO on Enterprise, a vulnerability reporting page, US servers under standard contractual clauses, Anthropic and OpenAI listed as subprocessors. Held back by no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 named anywhere on the Sendible site or help center, no bug bounty, and low-star Trustpilot reviews about billing, refunds and cancellation.
- Docs & learning resources: 3.4/5 — 152 help-center articles, a Releases page with dated release notes, a public changelog, video tutorials, webinars and case studies. Held back by many help and marketing pages still written for the legacy plans (Creator, Traction, Scale, Expansion) and per-user allocations, and pages that disagree on daily limits, Instagram direct messages, approvals and report history.
- User sentiment: 4.5/5 — Reviewers on business-software sites rate it highly (G2 4.5 from 904; Capterra 4.6 from 137, Gartner network counted once), TrustRadius 3.5 from 53; Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 25 reviews, too few to count. Low-star Trustpilot reviews center on billing, refunds, support and cancellation; Trustpilot collects mostly unhappy customers, so this is a map of complaints, not a trend. Axis score 4.5: the mean of each platform's displayed rating with at least 30 reviews, weighted by review count (4.5, 4.6, 3.5); G2 carries most of the weight.

That puts Sendible at **3.6/5**. Our social media category, by current score: Metricool 3.98, Sprout Social 3.93, Buffer 3.92, Hootsuite 3.79, Sendible 3.65, SocialBee 3.62, Later 3.15. It scores best on user sentiment, then on capability and value for multi-client teams. Its lowest axes are AI (text only, and only in the Compose box), documentation (many help pages still written for the legacy plans) and support (no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 named, no bug bounty, and low-star Trustpilot complaints); the narrow inbox and the missing API docs weigh on capability and integrations.

For agencies and multi-location brands, yes: unlimited users, client approvals, Client Connect and branded reports at per-plan prices. It is weaker on the inbox, AI and developer access.

**Is there a free plan?**

No. Sendible has no free plan; every plan starts with a 14-day trial that needs no card to start, and you are asked for a credit card at the end.

**How much does Sendible cost?**

Core is $35 a month billed monthly or $29.75 a month billed yearly, and Premium is $199 a month billed monthly or $169.15 a month billed yearly. Every plan includes unlimited users.

**Does Sendible have an API?**

It describes API access for software partners and large organisations, but no public API documentation exists on its site or help center, and we found no MCP server.

**Does Sendible have a mobile app?**

We could not find a current Sendible app in the App Store or Google Play, although its Terms still mention mobile apps. Instagram reminders arrive by email.

**Does Sendible offer refunds?**

No refunds are given for prepayment or proration. Cancelled plans keep access until the day before the paid period ends.

## The bottom line

Pick Sendible if you publish and report for several clients, brands or locations and want unlimited users, client approvals and branded reports without paying per seat. Count your clients or locations first, since workspaces decide the plan, and start on Plus if you need approvals or Premium if you need branded reports and multi-step workflows. Pay monthly until you are sure, because prepaid time is not refunded. Skip it if your team works mostly on X or TikTok, where the inbox does not reach, or needs AI replies or a documented public API; there is no free plan either.
