Connect every calendar you live in, let bookings check them all for conflicts, and add buffers between meetings.
For anyone asking: How do I stop getting double-booked?
Each one's way of doing it, and the point where it stops.
Checks connected calendars for busy times and adds new meetings to your main calendar; on Google you choose which calendars count, and on Outlook up to four sub-calendars. Where it stops: Free checks one calendar; on Exchange only the primary calendar is checked.
Connects Google, Outlook/Office 365, Apple, Zoho and CalDAV calendars, checks the ones you select for conflicts and writes new bookings to a destination calendar you pick per link. Buffers count as busy time. Where it stops: Choosing which calendars count per event type works only on individual event types, not team ones.
Blocks double booking by default and syncs with Google, iCloud, Office 365, Exchange and Outlook.com so outside events block time; resources cap how many appointments share a room at once. Where it stops: Padding is not sent to synced calendars; other calendar systems get a one-way outbound feed only.
Syncs two ways with Google, Microsoft 365, iCloud and Fastmail and hides any time that clashes with an event on a linked calendar; several calendars on one page show only times when everyone is free. Where it stops: Free checks one calendar; iCloud cannot use calendar-managed availability.
Syncs two ways with Google, Microsoft 365 or iCloud: it reads busy times from every calendar marked for reading and writes bookings to your primary calendar, with Google and Microsoft changes arriving within minutes. Where it stops: Free has one calendar connection and pauses background sync after 90 idle days.
Reads every connected Google, Outlook, iCloud and Fastmail calendar for conflicts and writes each booking to one calendar you choose, with buffers and frequency limits on top. Where it stops: iCloud needs an Apple app-specific password; the Free account cannot take bookings.
On Pro, two-way Google and Office 365 sync is set up per staff member and imports Google events in real time, so a personal event no longer shows as a free slot on the Booking Page. Where it stops: Free only exports appointments one way; Office 365 sync skips recurring and multi-day events.
