Tools that do it

Each one's way of doing it, and the point where it stops.

Calendly Does it

Meeting Polls let up to 40 invitees vote on times, and collective event types offer only the slots when every host is free, shown in each invitee's time zone. Where it stops: Every host in a shared event needs a paid seat; round robin needs Teams.

YouCanBookMe Does it

A meeting poll on the Free plan takes up to 50 time slots and can be scheduled to send in advance. Mutual availability shows several hosts on one page. Where it stops: Group sessions are not on Free and cap at 50 people; unique video links do not work with group bookings.

SavvyCal Does it

You propose slots in a free meeting poll; each voter sees them in their own time zone and can change a vote later. A teammate option stops you offering times your side cannot make. Where it stops: Collective links, round robin and group mode need Basic; a paid plan is needed before anyone can book you.
