Publish your real availability on one booking page, collect what you need up front, and let confirmations go out on their own.
For anyone asking: How do I let clients book appointments online?
Each one's way of doing it, and the point where it stops.
One booking link, embedded inline or as a pop-up on your site, lets invitees pick a time without an account; Standard adds unlimited event types and Stripe or PayPal payment at booking. Where it stops: Free allows one active event type and shows a Powered by Calendly badge. Calendly does not process refunds or enforce cancellation policies for payments.
One user gets unlimited event types and bookings on Free, can require confirmation only for short-notice or free-email bookers, and takes Stripe or PayPal payment while the slot is held at checkout. Where it stops: Free covers one user and keeps Cal.com branding; team booking pages need Teams.
Every account gets a booking page with services, prices, staff and a custom URL, and the Free plan adds Reserve with Google plus Book Now buttons for Facebook and Instagram so clients book from where they search. Where it stops: Free keeps Setmore branding; deposits, recurring appointments and unlimited users need Pro. No waitlist, packages or round robin.
A branded scheduling page books one-on-one appointments, group classes and class series, takes full payment, a deposit or a card on file at booking, and collects intake forms with file upload. Where it stops: No free plan for new accounts; after the trial ends without a plan, clients cannot book. Packages, memberships and waitlists start at Standard.
A booking page tied to your calendar, with a short booking form, Zoom, Teams or Meet links and Stripe payments, all on Free; the page detects each booker's time zone and language. Where it stops: Free gives one booking page and one calendar and carries a Powered for free button. No custom domain and no recurring bookings.
Unlimited booking types and paid bookings through Stripe or PayPal on every plan, with intake questions, coupons and buffers set per booking type, and times shown in the visitor's own time zone. Where it stops: Free connects one calendar, adds no automatic Zoom, Meet or Teams links and has no group bookings or approvals. No deposits or partial payment.
Scheduling links can be personalized for one recipient, prefilled with their details and set to require host approval, with the slot held as tentative until you accept. Where it stops: Nobody can book you until you are on Basic; payment at booking is Premium only, through Stripe. Booking pages come in English, French and Dutch.
