Krisp's Meeting AI costs $8 per user per month billed annually on Core, or $16 per user per month billed monthly. Advanced costs $15 per user per month billed annually, or $30 per user per month billed monthly, and Enterprise has custom pricing sold through Krisp's sales team [1]. Every teammate you add is billed as a seat. The pricing page shows no free Meeting AI plan, only a 7-day free trial of the paid features with no credit card required. Krisp publishes no coupon or promo codes; apart from annual billing, its one published discount is a volume deal above 50 members. Our verdict: pay annually if you will keep Krisp past five months, and stay on Core unless you need an Advanced-only tool.

Core, Advanced and Enterprise side by side

About these prices

Prices shown are what Krisp lists for visitors in the United States, in US dollars. Your price can differ by country, currency and local taxes such as VAT.

Plan Billed annually Billed monthly Storage per user Accent conversion
Core $8 per user per month billed annually $16 per user per month billed monthly 10 GB 1 hour per day, shared by the speaker and listener sides
Advanced $15 per user per month billed annually $30 per user per month billed monthly 60 GB 4 hours per day speaker side; listener side unlimited
Enterprise Custom pricing Custom pricing Unlimited Custom

All three tiers run the same desktop app for Mac and Windows, which places Krisp Microphone and Krisp Speaker between your headset and the calling app, cleans noise in both directions and takes notes without a bot by default. Core already carries what most buyers come for. Krisp's matrix marks transcription, audio recording, noise cancellation and AI notes as unlimited on Core, which also adds video through the optional Krisp Bot, AI Chat, transcripts in 16 languages and the mobile apps.

The unit is the seat. Krisp counts any teammate you add as a seat, and on a Core team the account owner is one of them. Team size has no cap, but every member is billed. A workspace can hold several teams on different plans, for example one team on Core and another on Advanced, so a company buys the higher tier only for the people who use its tools. One payment method covers every seat.

⚠️
Watch out
A yearly Krisp plan stays yearly

A yearly plan cannot be switched to monthly from the account; you cancel and subscribe monthly after the billing cycle ends.

Is annual billing really half price?

Yes. Krisp labels its annual toggle as a 50% saving, and the figures hold on both paid tiers. Over twelve months, by our arithmetic, Core costs $96 per user billed annually against $192 per user billed monthly, while Advanced costs $180 per user billed annually against $360 per user billed monthly. A gap that wide changes the question. It is less about which term is cheaper and more about how long you will stay.

Here is the threshold. By our arithmetic, five months of Core billed monthly add up to $80 per user, still below the $96 per user for a year billed annually, and a sixth monthly payment brings the total to $96 per user, level with the annual charge. Advanced, by our arithmetic, reaches $150 per user after five monthly payments and $180 per user after six, the price of a year billed annually. Monthly billing therefore wins only when you are fairly sure you will stop within five months, as with a short project. Anyone staying longer pays less by committing.

💡
Toolkit tip
Go monthly only for short projects

Krisp's monthly billing costs less than a year billed annually only if you stop within five months. A monthly Core plan can later switch to yearly, with the unused monthly amount subtracted.

Direction matters when you switch terms. A monthly Core subscriber can move to yearly from the Billing page, and Krisp subtracts the unused part of the monthly period from the payment due. The reverse is blocked inside the account: a yearly plan has to be canceled, with a monthly subscription started after the cycle ends [2]. Subscriptions renew automatically, and Krisp's Terms say fees are non-refundable except as the Terms state. Canceling keeps paid features until the cycle ends.

What the step up to Advanced buys

Advanced costs $7 more per user per month billed annually, or $84 more per user a year by our arithmetic; billed monthly the step is $14 per user per month, or $168 per user a year. That money mostly buys sales tooling and team control. Salesforce and ConnectWise start on Advanced, along with manager view, company deal grouping, commenting on meetings and a team-level webhook. Admins also gain three switches: turning off auto-share for the team, controlling meeting link access and enforcing a recording mode.

Integrations on Core are generous. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Affinity, Slack, Notion, Zapier and Microsoft Teams all work from Core, as do the MCP server, the public API and personal webhooks. A sales team that lives in HubSpot can stay on Core; a Salesforce shop needs Advanced. The other trigger is accent conversion. Core allows 1 hour per day, which Krisp's help says is shared between the speaker and listener sides, so converted minutes on both sides count together, while Advanced gives 4 hours per day on the speaker side and no cap when listening. Storage also rises from 10 GB to 60 GB per user.

Enterprise, and the call-center line priced per agent

Enterprise has no published price. It adds SSO and SCIM, SOC 2 report access, private on-device transcription and recordings, a choice of data center location, usage analytics reports, a dedicated account manager and unlimited storage. Krisp says it complies with HIPAA; its pricing matrix lists HIPAA compliance on Enterprise only, and BAA signing is available for teams of 100 or more seats. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice, while the self-serve tiers take major credit and debit cards.

Call Center AI is a separate product line, billed per agent rather than per user. CC Core costs $15 per agent per month, billed annually; CC Advanced and the add-ons have no published price. Voice translation, speech analytics and agent assist belong to that line rather than to the meeting plans, and it can be evaluated for 14 days. Contact centers should start with our Krisp for call centers guide.

Seats and storage drive the team bill

By our arithmetic, five users cost $480 a year on Core at $8 per user per month billed annually, or $960 a year at $16 per user per month billed monthly; on Advanced they cost $900 a year billed annually or $1,800 a year billed monthly. By our arithmetic, ten users come to $960 a year on Core at $8 per user per month billed annually, or $1,920 a year at $16 per user per month billed monthly, and $1,800 a year on Advanced at $15 per user per month billed annually, or $3,600 a year at $30 per user per month billed monthly. By our arithmetic, 50 users reach $4,800 a year on Core at $8 per user per month billed annually, or $9,600 a year at $16 per user per month billed monthly, and $9,000 a year on Advanced at $15 per user per month billed annually, or $18,000 a year at $30 per user per month billed monthly. Beyond 50 members Krisp offers volume discounts on request but publishes no percentage.

Seats move the bill mid-cycle. An added seat is charged immediately, pro rata for the days left until the next billing date. If a team has no empty seats, sending an invitation charges the team's payment method for the extra seat on the spot. Krisp's Terms say this invitation ability can be disabled in account settings, and Advanced also lets admins approve each invitation. Removing seats works more slowly: only unassigned seats can go, the change takes effect next cycle, and removed seats are not refunded. Taking a user off the team also permanently deletes that user's recordings.

⚠️
Watch out
Removing a user deletes their recordings

Taking someone off a Krisp team permanently deletes that user's data, including recordings, and removed seats are not refunded.

Storage is the quiet limit. Each user gets a private 10 GB on Core or 60 GB on Advanced, and Krisp does not pool it across the team [3]. Above 100%, new recordings are not saved until an admin buys more. Deleted meetings still count for 30 days. Add-on tiers run up to 2 TB per user on Core and Advanced, yet Krisp does not publish their prices, and those payments are non-refundable. Heavy video recorders should ask for a quote before rollout, or use the Transcribe only mode.

Coupons, student deals and the free trial

There is no code to find. Krisp says it runs no public referral program and offers no public coupon or promo codes [4]. It also publishes no student, education or nonprofit discount. The two ways to pay less are annual billing, which halves the per-user rate, and the volume discount above 50 members. Krisp's own older blog posts still mention earlier plan names and prices; none of them applies to today's subscriptions, so trust only the current pricing page.

The 7-day trial is the free way in. It covers the paid features, asks for no credit card, and seats can be added while it runs. Under Krisp's Terms, if you do not subscribe, access ends when the trial expires and you keep 90 days to export your content. Use the week on real calls, since noise cancellation works only when Krisp Microphone and Krisp Speaker are selected in each calling app. Our is Krisp free article covers what is free outside the trial, including Krisp inside Discord, which is Discord's built-in noise suppression for your own microphone and separate from the Krisp app.

💡
Toolkit tip
Check storage before recording video

Krisp storage is per user and not pooled: 10 GB on Core, 60 GB on Advanced. Above 100%, new recordings are not saved until an admin buys more.

How the bill compares with other note takers

Annual billing is where Krisp looks cheapest. Core at $8 per user per month billed annually sits just below Otter Pro at $8.33 per user per month billed annually, a plan Otter caps at 5 billed users. Fireflies Pro costs $10 per seat per month billed annually. Otter Business costs $19.99 per user per month billed annually, and Fireflies Business costs $19 per seat per month billed annually. Krisp Advanced, at $15 per user per month billed annually, comes in under both.

Monthly billing narrows the gap. Krisp Core at $16 per user per month billed monthly costs more than Granola Business at $14 per user per month, which Granola sells only billed monthly. Granola, Otter, Fireflies, Fathom and Read AI all keep a free plan, while Krisp offers only its trial; on the other hand, Otter's and Fireflies' Business trials ask for a card. The Krisp seat also pays for the audio layer: two-way noise cancellation and accent conversion in almost any calling app. Our Krisp vs Granola comparison runs the monthly numbers in full.

Frequently asked questions

Krisp retries the card 3 more times, on days 3, 10 and 19. If every retry fails, the subscription is canceled.

The bottom line

Krisp's pricing is simple once the billing term is clear. Core costs $8 per user per month billed annually and Advanced $15 per user per month billed annually, with monthly billing exactly double. Commit to the year if you will keep Krisp beyond five months, because the sixth monthly payment already brings the per-user total to the annual cost. Core suits most teams, HubSpot users included; Advanced earns its premium for Salesforce, manager view, admin controls or long accent conversion sessions. Expect no coupon, and teams above 50 members should ask sales about volume pricing before signing.
