Visme Pricing 2026: Every Plan, the Real Annual Saving, and Team Bundles

Visme publishes every self-serve price it sells. The catch is that the pricing page leads with the annual numbers, puts the month-to-month prices one toggle away, and keeps its cheaper team bundles in structured data that most visitors never see. This guide sets all of them out, in US dollars, read on 9 October 2026, with our arithmetic labelled as ours.

The short answer

Basic is free. Starter is US$29 per person per month, or US$147 a year. Pro is US$59 per person per month, or US$297 a year. Enterprise is quoted, from 10 users. Students pay US$48 a year and educators US$96 a year ^[2]. Visme bills in US dollars and charges automatically each cycle ^[2].

What the page shows first

The cards open on Yearly, labelled Save 50%. So the first prices a visitor reads are US$12.25 and US$24.75 per person per month, each a monthly equivalent of a bill paid up front ^[2]. Help-center instructions confirm that yearly plans are paid upfront for the full year ^[66].

Read every Visme price as two numbers: the monthly rate and the annual total.

## The saving is bigger than the label

Visme's FAQ says "Annual billing saves up to 50% compared to monthly" ^[3]. On the published prices it saves more. By our arithmetic, twelve months of month-to-month Starter cost US$348 against US$147 annual, a 58% saving; twelve months of Pro cost US$708 against US$297, also 58%.

The break-even is about five months. If you will use Visme longer than that, annual is cheaper.

The FAQ that says monthly does not exist

The same FAQ says "All paid plans are billed annually." ^[3]. They are not. The help center tells upgrading users to choose Monthly or Yearly in the checkout window ^[66], the Terms describe either a monthly or an annual plan ^[4], and the pricing page's structured data prices Starter at 29 USD per month per person ^[2].

## Basic, in detail

Basic is free with no time limit and no credit card ^[69]. It includes unlimited projects, 500 MB of storage, up to 50 slides or pages per project, a limited template set, limited charts and widgets and 10 AI credits a month ^[2].

It includes no downloads. Published projects carry the Visme logo ^[2].

Starter, in detail

Starter is for solo creators who need to download their work. It adds all premium templates and assets, JPG, PNG and PDF downloads, no Visme logo, unlimited slides per project, 1 GB of storage, 200 AI credits a month and email and chat support ^[2].

It does not include editable PowerPoint, video, GIF or HTML5 export, and it has no Brand Kit ^[2].

## Pro, in detail

Pro adds editable PPTX, HTML5, MP4 and GIF export, the Brand Kit, analytics, privacy controls, most integrations, 10 GB of storage and 500 AI credits a month ^[2]. Visme Forms on Pro take 5,000 responses a month and connect to 10 integrations ^[2].

For most business users, the export formats are the reason to buy Pro over Starter.

Pro is for one person, or for teams

The pricing card describes Pro as for teams that need branding, collaboration and deeper control ^[2]. The help center lists a separate Pro for individuals and Pro for Teams ^[65], and the structured data prices Pro yearly for a single user ^[2].

In practice: Pro is priced per person, and team bundles are cheaper per head.

Team bundles

The structured data lists two Pro bundles. Three users cost US$119 a month or US$864 a year; five users cost US$159 a month or US$1,440 a year ^[2]. Six or more users are quoted ^[2].

By our arithmetic, the annual bundles work out to US$24 per person per month, slightly below the US$24.75 single-user rate.

Enterprise

Enterprise is quoted, from 10 users, with 25 GB of storage per user ^[2]. It adds SSO and enforced 2FA, custom roles, project approvals, the audit log, SCORM and xAPI export, Deeper Analytics, Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, a custom subdomain, unlimited AI credits and a dedicated customer success manager ^[3].

Volume discounts are available for Enterprise plans of 10 or more users ^[3], and Enterprise support tickets move to the front of the queue ^[3].

Education plans

Students pay US$48 a year with an academic email; the plan includes all premium assets and templates, 250 MB of storage and JPG, PNG, PDF and non-editable PPTX downloads ^[2]. Educators pay US$96 a year and add 3 GB of storage, editable PPTX, HTML5, GIF and video export and audio recording ^[2].

Both are billed annually only and renew automatically ^[65].

The education catch

Visme's Terms say: "Our Education plans are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes." ^[4]. A teacher building class materials is fine. A teacher building a paid course for a marketplace is, on a strict reading, not.

Nonprofit and government pricing

Visme offers nonprofit pricing, but three pages describe it three ways. The pricing page's structured data promises a 25% discount on the business plan after status verification ^[2]. The help center describes Pro features at a discounted rate based on the number of users, and adds government (.gov) discounts ^[65]. The pricing FAQ says to email support for the discount ^[2].

Get the quote in writing.

AI credits are included, not sold

Every plan includes a monthly allowance: 10 credits on Basic, 200 on Starter, 500 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise ^[70]. An AI Designer generation costs 2 credits; most other AI tools cost 1 ^[2]. Credits renew each month and are assigned per user in shared workspaces ^[70].

We found no page that sells extra credits. If you run out, the only route is a higher plan.

In-app prices

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app cost a little more. The App Store lists Starter at $29.99 and $149.99 and Pro at $59.99 and $299.99, plus a Mobile/Tablet Pro plan at $14.99 and $94.99 that the website does not sell ^[110]. Buy on the web unless you only ever work on a phone.

App-store subscriptions are canceled through the store, not through Visme ^[67].

Forms limits by plan

Visme Forms accept 1,000 responses a month on Starter and 5,000 on Pro, with custom limits on Enterprise ^[2]. Basic can connect a form to one other tool, Starter to three and Pro to ten . If forms are your main use, the response cap may decide the plan before anything else does.

Monthly for a short project

If you need Visme for one project, month-to-month is the honest choice. One month of Starter costs US$29 and one month of Pro US$59 ^[2]. Cancel the same day, because the plan renews on the anniversary unless you complete the cancellation ^[4].

How you pay

Visme accepts major credit cards for all paid subscriptions and charges automatically each billing cycle ^[3]. The Terms also refer to charges on a PayPal account ^[4]. Billing details, payment methods and invoices are managed from Billing & History in account settings ^[3], and prices are in US dollars ^[2].

Upgrades are prorated; nothing else is

The Terms say no partial refunds or pro-ration of fees apply, except when a user upgrades to a different plan mid-cycle, where additional fees may be prorated ^[4]. Downgrading or canceling mid-term returns nothing.

Refunds

The help center is blunt: "Visme does not provide refunds for the early termination of your subscription once a payment is received" ^[68]. The Terms are stricter still and allow a refund only if Visme ends the service without cause ^[4]. They also reserve the right to offer refunds at Visme's discretion ^[4].

In our Trustpilot sample, three reviewers report full or partial refunds after asking ^[109].

How renewal works

The billing cycle starts on the first payment and renews on the monthly or yearly anniversary until the user cancels ^[4]. Canceling turns off auto-renewal; access continues to the end of the period ^[66].

Several reviewers in our sample were charged a year after forgetting an annual plan ^[109]. Set a reminder.

How to cancel

On desktop, open Workspace Settings and click Cancel Subscription, confirm, and complete a questionnaire. Then open the confirmation email and click the link, because "Your subscription isn’t cancelled until you click the confirmation link in the email." ^[66]. Subscription settings can't be managed from mobile devices ^[66].

Adding people mid-term

On a paid workspace, every active user needs a paid seat. When you upgrade, you pay for all currently active users or remove some first, and people invited without a free license stay inactive until an admin pays for them ^[73].

Storage upgrades and a storage contradiction

The help center says storage can be raised to 50 GB or 200 GB per user ^[113]; we found no published price for either. The same page lists Pro storage as 5 GB on new plans, while the pricing page shows 10 GB ^{[113] [2]}. Check the figure on your account before uploading a video library.

Is there a free trial?

Not of the paid plans, as far as Visme's pages say. The FAQ's answer to whether Visme offers a free trial talks about free and paid plans and does not say yes ^[3]. The help center says every account begins free so users can test the platform before upgrading ^[68].

Basic is the trial. Test the export you need before you pay, because Basic cannot download.

Deleting the account

Deleting an account is separate from canceling and permanent. A paid plan must be canceled first, deletion needs a second confirmation by email, and when an Administrator deletes their account all users and projects under it are deleted too ^[115].

Lifetime licenses

There are none. The help center says Visme plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions ^[69].

## Our view on the pricing

Visme's prices are complete and published, which is better than many rivals. The design of the page is the problem: annual-first cards, a mislabelled saving, team bundles out of sight, and a FAQ that contradicts the checkout. Buy annually if you will stay five months or more, buy Pro if anyone needs editable decks, and never assume a refund.
