What Sendible reporting covers, and where it stops

Sendible's reporting has three layers. Every plan gets quick reports, the pre-built, one-click views per network. From Premium up you add the Report Hub, where you build branded custom reports, attach your logo and send them to clients on a schedule. Around both sit the extras an agency uses every month: Google Analytics 4 modules, campaign reports, response-time modules for the team and a data export. The pricing page counts eight pre-built reports, including a Google Analytics report and an Engagement report, and it states plainly that Google Business Profile reports are not available [1]. That gap matters for local businesses. So does the next one.

Sendible keeps 90 days of report data as standard. Anything older has to be exported before it rolls off, and data for each profile only starts on the day you connect it. The network list is also narrower for reporting than for publishing: X reports went away in 2023, Bluesky has none yet, and personal LinkedIn profiles have no reports, because LinkedIn only provides data for Company Pages. This guide walks through each layer, what each network returns, which plan unlocks what, and a monthly routine an agency can run without surprises on the first of the month.

Quick reports: the layer every plan gets

Quick reports are the fastest way to answer a client who asks how last month went. Sendible offers one-click reports for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, plus a TikTok quick report, and the help center says a platform quick report covers one to ten profiles at a time [2]. You pick the profiles and the date range, and the modules fill themselves. Nothing to design. For a franchise owner who checks three Facebook Pages on a Monday, that is often all the reporting needed.

The Engagement report is the cross-network view. It aggregates results across profiles, takes up to 50 of them, and combines Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Company Page profiles only, so TikTok and YouTube stay in their own reports. Two limits shape how you use quick reports. They cannot be shared with other users; the help center reserves sharing for custom reports, and only on some plans. And an older FAQ says quick reports export as PDF, which works for a one-off email but not for a recurring client deliverable. Quick reports also feed Sendible's Optimal Times, which are computed across all profiles in a user account rather than per profile.

Use the Engagement report first

It combines Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Company Page results for up to 50 profiles, which answers most quick client questions without building anything.

Custom reports and the Report Hub

Building a branded report

Custom reports are where agency reporting really happens. The builder is drag and drop, and you mix metrics and social accounts in one report, so a single document can show a client's Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn results next to their website traffic. A branded report holds a maximum of 30 modules [3]. You upload a logo for the top and write a rich-text cover page, which is a good place for your own commentary on the month. Modules are refreshable, including the Google Analytics modules, so a report built once keeps pulling new data.

How many reports each plan allows

The Report Hub opens on Premium, with two reports per workspace, and rises to three per workspace on Elite and Enterprise. With seven workspaces on Premium, that is 14 hub reports, and Elite's 15 workspaces give 45, by our arithmetic. Two per client is enough for most agencies: one monthly performance report and one campaign or executive summary. Remember that a workspace is the unit here. Profile lists cannot produce reports for the posts sent to the list, and the help center says a separate client account is needed for that; in the workspace model, each client gets its own workspace.

Sharing and automated emails

A branded report can be shared with other users, printed to PDF, emailed once, emailed on a recurring schedule or shared by URL. Recipients get a PDF of the report and a link to view it in the browser. Automated reports go out daily, weekly or monthly, and monthly emails are sent on the 1st of each month. Two details trip up teams. Reports scheduled by a user who later becomes inactive are not sent, so offboarding a staff member can silently stop a client's report. And when you pause a subscription, scheduled reports pause with it.

⚠️
Watch out
Offboarding can stop reports

Reports scheduled by a user who becomes inactive are not sent. Schedule client reports from an admin account that will stay active.

What each network reports

Facebook and Instagram

Facebook gets the deepest coverage. The Facebook quick report supports 30-day and 90-day ranges, tracks paid likes, and leaves Facebook ads out of its top-performing posts. Since September 2025 a Facebook Reels module reports views, watch time, engagement and reactions, in the quick report and in the Report Builder, and the audience metric is now Followers instead of the outdated Fans. Meta's own cuts also show up: Sendible removed elements Meta no longer supports in March 2024 and deprecated metrics in September 2024. The Demographics module needs at least 100 people to have engaged with the Page in the period, so small Pages often see it empty.

Instagram reports need a direct-publishing professional profile. Reminder profiles, which email you to post by hand, return no reporting data at all. Instagram does not allow historical data, so reports start from the day the profile was added, and the first numbers appear 24 to 48 hours after connecting. Since November 2025 the Instagram Posts module has pagination, clickable post links, captions and creation dates, and it separates posts from reels. Connect Instagram on the first day of a new client relationship. Every day before that is lost.

LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube

LinkedIn Company Page data arrives from LinkedIn on a 12-hour basis, so the current day is not accurate for 24 to 48 hours, and data for the previous month is not fully available on the first day of the new month. LinkedIn reports now aggregate follower growth across the selected range and show real captions, video and PDF thumbnails. TikTok reports cover the past 7, 30 or 60 days, one profile at a time, with modules for activity, audience, publishing, performance, videos and demographics; some need more than 100 followers, and the data shows only in the dashboard of the user who added the profile. YouTube has its own one-click report.

The gaps to plan around

Several networks you can publish to return no reports. X reports and monitoring were removed on 14 November 2023, when Sendible moved to the X v2 API for posting. Google Business Profile reports are not available and must be viewed natively. Personal LinkedIn profiles have no reports. Bluesky has no reporting yet, and Bluesky posts do not appear in campaign reports. In the pages we read we also found no quick report for Pinterest or Threads. Short version: Sendible reports well on Meta, LinkedIn pages, TikTok and YouTube.

How far back the data goes, and how to keep it

The help center says Sendible stores reporting data for 90 days as standard, and keeping anything longer means exporting it [4]. The same page also says data is reliable at most 12 months back, which reads as a ceiling rather than a promise; plan on 90 days. Facebook reporting works in increments of at most 90 days. Data for each profile exists only from when it was connected, and deleting a profile deletes its historical reporting data, so reconnect rather than delete when a token breaks. Sendible says it now keeps Facebook and Instagram post images longer for historical reporting.

The export tool pulls historical data by month for messages, profiles and users, and it is not on every plan; an older help page puts raw data out of reach on the old entry plan. HTML download of profile report data was removed in March 2025, and the CSV option remains. CSV is your archive. For a client who wants year-over-year comparisons, export each month's CSV after the month closes and keep it in the client's folder. Branded reports saved as PDF serve as the human-readable record, but the CSV is what lets you rebuild a trend later.

Google Analytics 4, UTMs and campaign reports

Website traffic from social

Sendible connects to Google Analytics 4 only; Universal Analytics properties stopped working in June 2023, and custom reports with Google Analytics modules from before then had to be re-added. The integration feeds traffic, click-through rates and UTM data into reports, so a branded report can show what social posts did for the website. One limit catches agencies with many clients: Google's API lets Sendible pull only 10 websites per Google account, and modules can disconnect when more sit in one account. Spread client properties across Google accounts.

UTM parameters and reusable URL templates are added in the Compose Box, so every link a post carries can be tagged the same way, and the RSS autoposter can add Google Analytics tags to the posts it creates. Consistent tags are what turn a traffic chart into an answer about which network sent the visits. The privacy policy says Sendible reads Google Analytics data in real time once you authorize it from the reporting area.

Campaign reports

Campaigns arrived on 31 July 2024 and sit on Premium and above. You label posts, set dates and track performance; campaign tags filter performance in reports, and campaign reports could be downloaded as PDF from August 2024. Two limits apply. Campaign top posts cover Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts only, and not every profile appears because reporting data is not available for all platforms. Campaigns also cannot be shared between users, so the person who creates one should own its report.

Team reports: response times

Agencies selling community management need to show how fast they answer. The Report Builder has Response Time modules for Task Completion Rate and response rates by date, by hour and by weekday. They pair with assignment: assigning a message as a task sends the assignee an in-app notification and an email. Because the modules live in the Report Builder, they follow its Premium gate. For a client paying for a response-time promise, one page of these modules in the monthly report turns the promise into a number.

Toolkit tip
Export CSVs every month

Standard history is 90 days and each profile's data starts only when it is connected. On plans with the data export, a monthly CSV export is what lets you show year-over-year trends later.

Which plan unlocks which report

Report feature What you get Plan
Quick reports 8 pre-built reports, 1-10 profiles each; Engagement report up to 50 All plans
Report Hub Branded custom reports, up to 30 modules, scheduled emails Premium and up
Hub reports per workspace 2 on Premium, 3 on Elite and Enterprise Premium and up
Campaign reports Labeled posts tracked together Premium and up
White-label reports Your domain, branding and emails Elite and Enterprise, paid option

Every plan includes standard reports, and that is the honest summary of Core: useful for checking results, not for client deliverables. The jump to branded, automated reporting is the jump to Premium, which is also where content libraries, campaigns and multi-step approvals arrive. White label changes who the client thinks the report comes from, since it brands the dashboard, domain, reports and emails.

Sendible's Premium plan costs $199 a month billed monthly, or $169.15 a month billed yearly, and Core costs $35 a month billed monthly. White label is a paid option on Elite and Enterprise only: per the pricing FAQ, Elite with white label costs from $349 a month in total and Enterprise with white label from $800 a month, $50 above each plan's price rather than an add-on on top. Permission groups, which Sendible keeps for higher plans without saying which, let an agency show or hide reports per client, which supports tiered service packages; advanced role-based permissions come on Elite. Our Sendible white label guide covers the setup, and the Sendible pricing breakdown covers workspaces and add-ons.

A monthly client-reporting routine for an agency

This routine assumes Premium or above, one workspace per client, and a report that lands in the client's inbox early each month. The workspace matters because each one carries its own reports, and head office or an account lead can switch into any workspace to check its calendar and results. Clients can be given access that shows only their own accounts, approval queues and reports, so the same report can live in their login as well as their inbox. Eight steps cover it.

  1. Connect early. Add each client's profiles, ideally through Client Connect, at least two days before you need numbers; Facebook, Instagram and TikTok data takes 24 to 48 hours to appear.
  2. Tag links from day one. Set a reusable UTM template in the Compose Box so every post's link reports cleanly in Google Analytics 4.
  3. Label campaigns. Group each launch or promotion as a campaign so its posts can be reported together.
  4. Build the hub report once. Logo, cover page, the network modules the client cares about, GA4 traffic and, for community clients, the response-time modules. Stay under 30 modules.
  5. Schedule it monthly. Schedule it from an admin account that will not be offboarded, since reports from inactive users are not sent.
  6. Watch the LinkedIn lag. The monthly email goes out on the 1st, before LinkedIn's previous-month data is complete; for LinkedIn-heavy clients, email the report once a few days later instead.
  7. Archive the month. Export the CSV data for the closed month (check that your plan includes the data export), because the standard history is 90 days.
  8. Add your commentary. Update the cover page with what worked and what changes next month.

Most of the work happens once, in the first month; after that the report sends itself and you add the archive and the commentary. The two steps agencies skip are the archive and the scheduling account. Both cause the same failure: a client asks for something you can no longer produce. A missing March report or a lost year of Instagram history is hard to explain at renewal time.

How Sendible's reporting compares with rivals

Agencies weighing reporting alone have real alternatives. Buffer rebuilt its analytics as Insights, with CSV, Markdown and PDF exports on paid plans (its pricing page lists branded reports with logo and cover page on Team only, while its help center describes a PDF export with your own cover logo on any paid plan), but it has no custom report builder yet and no Google Business Profile analytics. Hootsuite offers PDF and PPTX exports on all plans, with CSV and XLSX from Advanced and GA4 inside an Enterprise add-on. Metricool keeps unlimited history on paid plans and exports PDF and PowerPoint reports from Starter. Later keeps analytics history by plan, from 3 months up to 2 years, and has no analytics for LinkedIn Pages. SocialBee offers 2 years of history from Accelerate and PDF export from Pro.

Agorapulse, which is not in our catalog, puts Power Reports, with automated exports and PowerPoint export, on its Advanced and Custom plans per its help center (PDF and CSV exports are basic), and adds LinkedIn personal profile reports that Sendible lacks. Sprout Social puts custom reports in its Premium Analytics add-on; our Sprout Social analytics guide covers it. Against that field, Sendible's strengths are branded reports that email themselves to each client, and its weak spots are the 90-day standard history and the missing X and Google Business Profile reports.

No. Sendible's pricing page says Google Business Profile reports are not available and must be viewed natively, although you can schedule posts there.

Can I export Sendible reports?+

Branded reports can be printed to PDF, emailed or shared by URL, and the data export pulls monthly data as CSV on plans that include it. HTML download of profile report data was removed in March 2025.

Does Sendible connect to Google Analytics?+

Yes, Google Analytics 4 only. Its modules bring traffic, click-through rates and UTM data into reports, with a limit of 10 websites per Google account.

The bottom line

Sendible's reporting suits agencies that send branded monthly reports to many clients and want them to arrive on their own. Quick reports cover every plan; branded, scheduled reports through the Report Hub need Premium, and white-label reports need Elite or Enterprise as a paid option. Plan around the limits before you sign up: 90 days of standard history, so export CSVs every month on plans that include the data export; no X, Google Business Profile, personal LinkedIn or Bluesky reports; and a LinkedIn lag that makes first-of-the-month reports incomplete. If those gaps are central to your clients, compare the reporting of the rivals above before committing.
