What Sendible's white label actually covers

Sendible sells social media management to agencies, multi-brand teams and franchise or multi-location brands. Its accounts are built from workspaces, one per client or brand, each holding six social profiles, with unlimited users on every plan. White label is a paid option layered on top of that model. It removes Sendible's branding so your clients see your platform instead: your name, your logo, your colors, your system emails and your own web address. The pricing page puts it simply, describing a dashboard, domain, reports and emails branded entirely as your own, sold as a paid add-on [1].

The option is broader than a logo swap. Your domain is connected through two CNAME records, and approval emails to clients can go out from a custom domain. Prospects can start a trial from a customized trial page and sign up under your brand, and clients can add their own social profiles to the branded dashboard through your website. The onboarding screens can be restyled with CSS. Permission groups let you show or hide modules client by client, and Sendible says resellers can run the product as a self-service tool, a fully managed service, or both. The white-label page says this version includes every feature plus dashboard branding, so you are not trading capability for the brand.

Who can buy it, and what Sendible charges

White label is sold only on the two top plans. Elite costs $299 a month billed monthly, or $254.15 a month billed yearly, and includes 15 workspaces (90 profiles). Enterprise costs $750 a month billed monthly, or $637.50 a month billed yearly, with 50 workspaces (300 profiles). The pricing FAQ is the clearest statement of the white-label price: from $349 a month on Elite and from $800 a month on Enterprise, with all features included on both. Those two figures sit exactly $50 above the standard monthly prices, so they read as the price of the whole branded plan rather than a separate fee stacked on top.

The figures that do not line up

The FAQ does not say whether its figures are monthly or yearly billing. The dedicated white-label page says you can pay monthly or take an annual discount by paying for the year ahead. That same page also shows its own starting figures, and they do not match the FAQ. One is lower; the second is tied to a yearly discount yet is higher, not lower, so neither the period nor the direction of the discount is clear. An older industry page gives yet another number. We follow the pricing FAQ, because it names a plan and a currency for each figure, and Sendible's Hootsuite comparison article repeats the same $349 and $800; we suggest you get the figure in writing on the demo call.

Two more costs sit around the price. The white-label page warns that the plan may carry an onboarding fee because of upfront setup costs, with no amount given [2]. And white-label customers may sign a contract: the pricing page says that if you sign one for a custom or White Label plan, its terms apply. Sendible's standard Terms rule out refunds for prepayment or proration, and they say White Label customers must contact the billing team to cancel rather than doing it in the app. Read the contract for both points before you sign.

Setting it up, from demo call to your own login address

White label is not self-serve. The getting-started guide for agencies says to book a demo call to talk through your needs, and everything after that runs with Sendible's team. The technical part is small but unforgiving, because it touches your DNS. Have the person who manages your domain on the call or close at hand, since the records you create decide the address every client will log into. Once the account is agreed, the setup follows a clear order:

  1. Book the demo call and agree the plan (Elite or Enterprise), the billing period and any onboarding fee.
  2. Use a registered company domain. Sendible needs one before it can connect anything.
  3. Create two CNAME records pointing to the Sendible hosts you are given, both on the same subdomain, with a 30-minute TTL [3].
  4. Check that the first CNAME works, because it becomes the login address of your white-label dashboard.
  5. Brand the account: logo, company name, company email, website and account owner.
  6. Set the trial page and trial length, then build permission groups before inviting clients.

The CNAME help page adds one rule worth taping to the wall. Do not change the CNAMEs without consulting your Customer Success Manager. The records are the link between your domain and the dashboard your clients log into, so an innocent DNS cleanup by someone else on your team can break the client login. Put a note in your DNS provider, and tell whoever manages your domain. If you plan to move DNS hosting later, raise it with Sendible first.

💡
Toolkit tip
Lock down the CNAME records

The first CNAME is your clients' login address. Leave a note in your DNS provider so nobody changes the records without your Customer Success Manager.

The branding settings go further than the logo. The setup help page lists a logo of about 250 by 57 pixels, the company name, email, website and account owner, plus a Google Analytics tracking ID, custom widget code, a default language, a default URL shortener and custom menu tabs that open in an iframe or a new window [4]. Those menu tabs are handy for linking your own help pages, booking form or client portal inside the dashboard.

Branding what your clients see

Dashboard, reports and emails

The white-label page lists colors, tabs, support pages, email notifications and a web domain as the branded elements. Reports carry your brand too, which matters because the report is often the only part of the tool a client actually opens. Approval requests can go out from your custom domain, and since reviewers can approve by email without logging in, many clients will meet your platform first through an approval email. That email should look like it came from you. It will.

Trials that sign clients up under your brand

The customized trial page gives prospects a trial link on your terms. The trial help page lets you set white-label trials to 7, 14 or 30 days; 30 days is the maximum and cannot be extended. Two rules need care. Every trial account you create counts toward your allocation and is charged accordingly; that page is written in terms of user allocations from the older plans, so ask how it maps to workspaces. And upgrading a trial user to a standard user cannot be undone.

Onboarding and connecting client profiles

The reseller page says the white-label onboarding can be customized with CSS so it matches your branding. Clients can then securely add their social profiles to your dashboard from your website, and Sendible's Client Connect, which also works in white-label accounts, lets clients link profiles through a secure link without sharing passwords. In August 2025 Sendible extended Client Connect to Threads, TikTok and Bluesky, with email attribution tracking and reconnection emails, in both private and white-label accounts. Our guide to Client Connect covers the flow step by step.

What changes behind the brand

A white-label account is not just the normal account in different colors. A few defaults and limits differ, and each one shifts work onto the agency. AI Assist is off by default on white-label accounts. The owner must switch it on in the white-label system configuration to offer it to clients. AI Assist itself is built on OpenAI, works on text only (captions and post ideas) and lives only in the main Compose box. Decide before launch whether your packages include it, because clients will not see it unless you enable it.

Integrations narrow as well. The setup help page says the only API-based integration supported on white label is SSO, and access is arranged through the sales agent or the Customer Success Manager. Sendible sells SSO only on Enterprise and approves it case by case, after a use case and security documentation. Sendible has no public API documentation on its site or help center, so treat anything beyond SSO as a sales conversation. Support changes shape too: the live chat and support link inside a white label is visible only to administrators, not to your white-label customers. Your clients will come to you with their questions. Plan for that.

⚠️
Watch out
Clients do not see Sendible's support link

The live chat and support link in a white label is visible only to administrators, and custom CSS can break after releases without warning. Your team becomes the first line of support.

Custom CSS deserves the last word. The setup page warns that CSS on a white label can break after Sendible releases, and that the owner must update it without advance warning. If your onboarding or dashboard styling leans heavily on CSS, someone at the agency needs to check the client view after updates. Keep the CSS light. Fewer overrides mean fewer surprises, and a short checklist of the screens clients see first (login, onboarding, the calendar and the report view) is enough to catch a broken style within minutes of a release.

What an Elite white-label agency costs at 15 and 25 clients

The numbers below use the pricing FAQ figure and the standard extra-workspace rate. The white-label pages do not confirm that extra workspaces are priced the same way on a branded plan, so treat the larger example as an estimate to check on the demo call. Both leave out the possible onboarding fee, and both assume monthly billing. Each client gets its own workspace, which is how Sendible separates messages, queues and reports. Sendible has been moving accounts to workspaces progressively since August 2026, so an older white-label contract may still be priced per user.

With 15 clients, each in its own workspace, the agency fits inside Elite's 15 workspaces and 90 profiles. The bill starts at $349 a month on Elite, per the pricing FAQ. By our arithmetic, that is a little over $23 per client a month. If the agency also wants a workspace for its own brand, that is a sixteenth workspace and one extra purchase.

With 25 clients, ten workspaces must be added. An extra workspace on Elite costs $20 a month billed monthly, or $17 a month billed yearly. By our arithmetic, ten of them at the monthly rate add $200, for a total of $549 a month, or about $22 per client, covering 150 profiles. The per-client cost falls slightly as the agency grows. That is the point of buying in workspaces rather than seats.

💡
Toolkit tip
Price your tiers per workspace

Each client gets a workspace of six profiles, and extra workspaces on Elite cost $20 a month billed monthly on the standard plan; confirm the rate for a white-label account on the demo call. Build that into every package.

When does Enterprise become the better buy? At the figures above, the branded Elite bill stays under the Enterprise starting price until about 38 workspaces, where by our arithmetic it reaches $809 a month against $800 for a plan with 50 workspaces and SSO. Below that size, Elite with extra workspaces is cheaper on paper. Above it, ask for the Enterprise quote.

Packaging Sendible for your clients

The white-label page says you can create custom tiers and packages for clients, and the reseller page explains the mechanism. Permission groups let you show or hide reports, content libraries and community engagement tools per client, which supports a tiered service model. The pricing page describes the same idea as limiting parts of the dashboard until a client is upsold. Advanced role-based permissions come with Elite, so every white-label account has them. One of Sendible's showcased agencies, Sphere Media Marketing, limits access for small-business clients and upgrades them later.

A simple three-tier model follows from that. A self-service tier gives the client publishing and the calendar, with reports hidden. A growth tier opens reports and the inbox, so the client can answer comments and see results. A managed tier is the agency's own team doing the work inside the client's workspace, with the client approving posts by email. All three run on the same Sendible account, and the client sees only your brand. For the wider agency workflow, see our Sendible for agencies guide.

Sendible's customer stories show the range. A Sendible case study says the Social Reach agency saved 50% of its time with white label, and VOIMA grew to more than 16 clients and over 480 posts a month with it. At the far end, TravelClick, which works with about 25,000 hotels in 176 countries, runs the Sendible White Label platform. Software companies are a separate audience: the software integrators page offers embedded white-label scheduling inside a partner's own app, with add-ons, bundles, branded trials and feature restrictions as ways to charge for it. Partners can also start smaller, with the share button, Client Connect, a Zapier workflow (Sendible's Zapier integration has been in beta since January 2026) or an API-led approach.

How rivals handle branding

Among the tools we cover, white label varies widely. Metricool sells White Label only on its Custom plan, through sales, with no published price. SocialBee offers no white label, according to our dossier. Buffer's pricing page lists branded reports (logo, cover page) on its Team plan, which costs $12 per channel a month billed monthly or $10 per channel a month billed annually, and its help center describes a PDF export with your own cover logo on any paid plan; either way that is a branded export, not a branded dashboard. Agorapulse, which is not in our catalog, lists white-label reporting in its pricing matrix, meaning reports exported with your logo and brand colors, plus a Profile Connector to invite clients to connect their profiles.

So the real comparison is narrow. Branded reports are common. A dashboard, login address, emails and trial page under your own domain, sold at a published starting price on a standard plan, is rarer. Compared with the four tools above, Sendible's offer is the most complete on paper, and the trade-off is that it starts on the two top plans. For the full plan grid and add-on rules, see our Sendible pricing breakdown.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Sendible white label cost?+

The pricing FAQ says Elite with white label starts at $349 a month in total and Enterprise with white label at $800 a month, $50 above each plan's price, with all features included; the FAQ does not say which billing period. A separate onboarding fee may apply because of setup costs.

Which Sendible plans include white label?+

Only Elite and Enterprise, as a paid option. Core, Plus and Premium cannot add it.

How do you set up Sendible white label?+

Book a demo call, then connect a registered company domain with two CNAME records on the same subdomain. The first CNAME becomes the login address, and the records should not be changed without the Customer Success Manager.

Can clients start a trial on my white-label Sendible account?+

Yes. You can offer a customized trial page with trial lengths of 7, 14 or 30 days, and the help page says each trial account counts toward your user allocation and is charged; it predates workspaces, so ask how that applies to your plan.

Does AI Assist work on a white-label account?+

It is off by default, and the white-label owner must switch it on in the system configuration to offer it to clients.

Does Sendible white label include API access?+

The only API-based integration supported on white label is SSO, which Sendible offers only on Enterprise and approves case by case, arranged through sales or the Customer Success Manager. Sendible publishes no public API documentation.

The bottom line

Sendible's white label is a real reseller product, not a cosmetic one: your domain through two CNAMEs, your dashboard, reports, emails and trial page, and permission groups to package the tool in tiers. It is sold only on Elite and Enterprise, from $349 a month and from $800 a month in total per the pricing FAQ, possibly with an onboarding fee, and set up through a demo call. By our arithmetic, a 25-client agency on Elite lands around $549 a month billed monthly, before any onboarding fee and assuming the standard extra-workspace rate applies. Agencies that want to resell social media management under their own name should start here. Teams that only need branded reports can pay much less elsewhere.
